1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.

Once the order has been handed over to our fulfillment partner or courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

After dispatch, you may request a return only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us at:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Reason for Cancellation

Our team will confirm if cancellation is possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:
7–14 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.

4. Auto-Cancellation Scenarios

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • The product becomes unavailable

  • There is a stock mismatch

  • Address is incomplete/invalid

  • Payment fails or is fraudulent

  • Courier service is not able to deliver to your location

In such cases, if payment has been received, refund shall be processed where applicable.

5. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once dispatched, we are unable to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Stop delivery

  • Reroute packages

Customer must wait for delivery and may then request a return if eligible.

6. Cash-on-Delivery Orders

If enabled in future:

Excessive cancellation of COD orders may lead to:

  • COD restrictions

  • Account blocking

  • Order refusal

(Only applicable if COD is active at the time.)

7. Order Editing

We cannot modify:

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Product selection

  • Size

  • Quantity

after the order is placed.
