1. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, it is processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partner Roposo Clout Marketplace, who handles:

  • Inventory sourcing

  • Packaging

  • Dispatch

  • Courier assignment

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.

Order processing may be delayed during:

  • Festivals & holidays

  • Weather issues

  • Warehouse overload

  • Operational delays


2. Delivery Timeline

The typical delivery timeline after dispatch is:

5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Remote areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India based on coverage supported by our fulfillment partner.

If an address is deemed undeliverable by courier partners, the order may be cancelled and refunded.


4. Delivery Partners

All shipments are conducted through third-party logistics networks appointed by Roposo Clout Marketplace.

Martily Fashion does not independently handle delivery.


5. Tracking Information

After dispatch, tracking details will be provided via SMS or Email (where available) by our logistics partner.

Tracking information may take time to update depending on courier systems.


6. Packaging

Packaging will be handled by our fulfillment partner and may differ depending on product type and warehouse stock.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


8. Multiple Shipments

Based on availability, some orders may be shipped in multiple batches or through different warehouses.

Shipping charges will not increase due to split shipments.


9. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually make two to three delivery attempts.

If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect:

  • The parcel may be returned to origin

  • The order may be cancelled

Refunds where applicable will follow our Refund Policy.


10. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Unreachable customer

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational failure of third-party services


11. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery, or

  • Record video and photos immediately upon unboxing
