2. Return Window

If the returned product fails quality check, return/replacement will be rejected.

5. Pickup & Logistics
Return pickup is operated through courier partners assigned by our fulfillment provider Roposo Clout Marketplace.
Pickup availability depends on courier coverage.
If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship.
6. Replacement Policy
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If the courier fails to deliver, refund will be issued where applicable.

Video proof during unboxing is strongly recommended.
Claims raised without visual evidence may be rejected.
